Kathleen A. Drapeau

Kathleen received her Juris Doctor Degree from Georgetown University Law Center. She has been practicing for over 30 years in the areas of ERISA, employee benefits and executive compensation advising both public and privately held companies as well as tax-exempt entities on all aspects of their pension and 401(k) plans, non-qualified plans and health and welfare plans, including plan design and administration, fiduciary considerations, plan terminations, Affordable Care Act compliance, Section 409A matters, government audits and voluntary compliance corrections. Her practice also involves benefits issues arising with business transactions.

Kathleen is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association. Ms. Drapeau currently serves as Subcommittee Chair for the New York City Bar Association’s Committee on Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation, Health and Welfare Plans Subcommittee, and is a past Secretary of the Committee.
