In our employee benefits and executive compensation practice, we advise clients on compliance with the applicable IRS and Department of Labor rules and regulations affecting their retirement plans, health and welfare plans (including Affordable Care Act compliance), and executive compensation arrangements. Our benefits practice includes advising clients on plan design and administration, pension plan terminations and de-risking strategies, as well as benefits implications in business transactions. In addition, we advise companies regarding their fiduciary responsibilities with respect to their benefit programs. Our employee benefits clients include both public and private companies.
